As the cryptocurrency landscape continues to evolve, so do the regulations surrounding it. In response to these changes, our banking partners are taking steps to ensure smoother and more transparent transactions.
Meantime, Ebonex platform will be conducting an internal service upgrade which will take about 4-8 hours starting from 2024-09-03 00:00 UTC. During this upgrade, AUD deposit and withdrawal will be temporarily unavailable via the mobile app. The Ebonex team will do our best to minimise the impact on all customers.
