Ebonex will carry out an essential platform upgrade starting Monday – 11th December 2023, 00:00 UTC.

During this upgrade, all Ebonex services (including deposit, withdrawal, and trading capabilities) will be unavailable across the website and the mobile app.

The upgrade and return of deposit and withdrawal capabilities is expected to take several days, with trading capabilities expected to return on 24th December 2023. The Ebonex team will do our best to minimise the down time and the impact on all customers.

We will send further notifications when the maintenance starts and when it is completed.
