IMPORTANT NOTICE: Converting Your De-Listed Tokens

Dear Valued Customers,
As you may be aware from our recent de-listing announcement and email, and effective 10th December 2023 (‘Deadline’), Ebonex will only support BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC tokens along with AUD fiat currency on the Exchange.
What does this mean for you?
Please take this email as formal 30 days’ notice that if you are not able to convert or withdraw your affected assets in accordance with our first notice by the Deadline, we will send you a balance statement on 11th December and convert your affected assets into AUD on your behalf at the market rate on that day.
Please be assured that once we have executed the conversion, the AUD equivalent of your total token balance will be credited to your Ebonex AUD account automatically, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed.
If you would prefer for us to convert your assets into USDT, or if you want to retain your original token balance (noting that trading capabilities and self-executed withdrawal will be unavailable), please reply to this email as soon as possible.
We understand that this may cause inconvenience for you, thus our friendly Customer Support Team (support@ebonex.com.au) will be available to answer any queries or concerns, and to assist you in executing any transactions during this period.
