Ebonex Account Closure Guideline

Ebonex allows customers to request the closure of the user account along with associated user data.

The following content provides detailed instructions:

  1. Use the Ebonex registered email to send an account closure request to support@ebonex.com.au, and state the reasons for your account closure in the email.
  2. The Ebonex customer service team will contact you via email to verify your identity and facilitate the withdrawal of assets within the account.
  3. Upon your confirmation, the account will be closed.
  4. Ebonex retains personal data for as long as reasonably required in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, also, Ebonex retains customer KYC data for at least seven years in accordance with our AML/CTF obligations.
